I run classes 4 days a week at the studio. Classes are lead by Thymian and myself. We are also looking at working with other Trainers to add to our group ex timetable in the future. If you are interested in group classes but the current times don’t work for you please drop me an email then I can let you know when we add other sessions.
The classes need to be booked in advance so please click the get in touch button below to book your class. Your first class will be a taster free of charge and after that they will cost £15 per class or alternatively we have two tiers of unlimited membership.

Unlimited Gold: totally unlimited classes for the month, priority booking for 2 classes per week (first choice on time and day). Book up to a week in advance and cancel up to 24 hours before. £85

Unlimited silver: Up to 8 classes a month, priority for 1 day (not necessarily time, although hopefully that isn’t an issue). Book up to a week in advance and cancel up to 24 hours before. £65

We run three different classes:


A very popular short and sweet High Intensity Interval Class, with progressions and regressions built in.  Suitable for all levels. 

We use dynamic body weight and weighted exercises combined to create a full body and cardio work out.  Typically involving circuits of exercises put together in short intervals working for no more than a minute at a time. 

Lift, Carry, Throw

Circuit of lifts, carries and throws, the backbone of Strength and functional movement.  Low impact and medium intensity suitable for all levels. 

Another HIIT class but much easier going on the joints and the perfect choice for anyone with a niggly injury that still wants to train hard.  No jumping, sprinting, or any other kind of impact, just lifts, carries and throws in a high intensity circuit format.


Dynamic Yoga

Dynamic Yoga is a faster pace than traditional Yoga. We spend only a few breaths in each position before moving on to the next. In doing so there is greater variety and we get a sweat on at the same time. The class is suitable for all abilities and has regressions built in for new comers and progressions for regular Yogis.
